Campaign: NSI playWRITE
Zeros 2 Heroes had its fingers in a few geeky pies over the years. One of our most awesome of pies was NSI playWRITE was a contest developed by the National Screen Institute in conjunction with Zeros 2 Heroes. The goal of the program was to train talented writers using industry-vetted curriculum, and then land the deserving with a job in the Canadian game industry. And so we did. And we saw that it was good. Below are the two superstar candidates who received their big break.

position: Writer
"I think the video game industry is becoming an enticing option for writers, but there are very few options to get the prerequisite experience; without NSI playWRITE it would undoubtedly have been very difficult to get a job as awesome as this."

position: Narrative Designer
"They hit us with a series of complicated tests and puzzles that they felt would introduce us to and prepare us to enter the game writing industry. It must have worked: by the time the program was over, I had two job offers on my plate, one of which I accepted."
We wish all of our winners the best of luck in the future!
