I WANT YOUR COMICS: REVIEWS Volume 1

This being my first review on Z2H and my first ever review of a webcomic there are some things I must make clear before diving into this. I don't often read online comics. It isn't so much that I don't like them, as I see their place in the world of blowing open the underground comic scene, or at least creating a new sort of underground comics scene not defined by the geograp

Hey people out there in the interwebland. New kid on the block here, go by the weird name of Crackwalker. I'm starting a new blog now... it's only my third or fourth. I'm leaving a trail of maimed cyber-corpses in my wake. Hopefully all their bandwidth will be re-absorbed back into the great mysterious binary-circle of life.

I just found out about this zeros2heroes deal,and I

Entity: New Sample Pages and Pitch Doctor Question?

Posted by Juiceboy in Untagged

I have added some more script pages to the script section of my pitch.  The "I can't do it alone" issue is almost at a conclusion (I would say maybe 5 - 7 pages left).  I am not sure what the limit is for this pitch... but hey it can be pared down later... or expanded?

 Question on Pitch Doctor

What Would You Like?

I'd like to know what else you would like to see explained in any of my pitches. I've gotten a lot of votes so far for Sword Of Fire, but not really much in the way of comments. Would you like more characters or sample pages? Or maybe more art?

Or! That I focus a bit of energy on Starsong?

Or maybe something else entirely?

I WANT YOUR COMICS

A useful tool in marketing your own underground comics, I have found, is the review. I have had my stuff reviewed by Silver Bullet as well as the talented Andrew Foley (Parting Ways, Done to Death) and have found using quotes from such reviews helps to push the comics.

So I thought, as I am proclaiming myself as a bit of an authority on underground comics I thought I should start reviewi

My brother from another mother, Jose, has finally decided to join the crew of JT & Tea comics! He is the person that the character, Jose, from my comic strip is based off of. I know, not very original, but he wanted it that way.

His joining of the crew now makes us a two man operation. I needed the help with maintaining my website. Now he is an editor for my website: www.j

The Character Pool Elegance in Simplicity.

There’s a big question I always come up to when I’m working on characters for a story and it’s one of those that sticks with you throughout your work on a project: How complex do I make my characters?

There comes a certain point I think in any story where the conflict (which there usually is) isn’t about brawn a
