So i've had a few mixed responses to my video game pitch SURVIVAL, about the exploitation of the gruesome, violent aspect of video game culture versus intuitive game play and design.

This, in part, i think was sparked by some of the images i posted of characters, in various torture contraptions or dire circumstances (see image below) to set the mood of the game.

Okay, so this is the image that's supposed to be up in the corner of WHY I HATE ZOMBIES. Due to a technical glitch on the part of the site (they tell me they're working on it) I've been unable to replace the one I put up as a placeholder. Y'know, I'm not much of a fanboy type. I mean, I read what I like, I read what draws my interest, and the attitude gets (mostly) left on the wayside. That's a proper way to criticize something: look at the here and now along with what ties directly into it.

I'm an idiot, for all of those out there listening (or reading, rather). As sort of a "one last hurrah" moment, the "studio" I "work for" is doing an anthology and we are in need of artists. We're not entirely sure what we're doing with it, but it seems as though we are doing a one-word anthology. That is not to say that there will only be one word per story, but each story will focus around the same word like Image did with Flight.
