First, let me say how great it has been the past few days to see the level of bloggage increasing again on this site. It was a sad and lonely few weeks there, whistling into the darkness, hoping no monsters lurked in the bushes or beneath the beds. Having said that, a number of the blogs and comments have brought to the forefront for me a topic that has been percolating for some time now.

What are we looking for here?

When the current's too strong...

There's one thing that's at times great, and at times disconcerting. It's productivity.

Snce finishing the inks on Rip Current (yes, yes!!), I've taken a small break, at least when I'm home. Playing videogames, watching Futurama, Metalocalypse, etc.

But tonight, at work, I started working again on Deutschmaschine. Namely, the first story arc's script.

Hey guys, I'm finally back! Boy, was that a long silence period or what?

I haven't been blogging on here much because, well, Rip Current needs inks, Deutschmaschine needs approving and feedback, and in between all of that, katrina27h and myself had a vacation prepared since March spanning from June 12th to 18th. I might have been able to keep in touch if I had a WiFi-enabled laptop.

Long story short, we took the train to Bathurst, rented a car, then traveled to Pointe-Ver [...]

Well, it's up and I'm super excited for feedback on my pitch. I'll have to spend some time perusing other pitches I guess, to draw some attention to mine. That seems more than fair.

I'm curious how many people out there actually vote on people's pitches as opposed to just read them. It feels weird to quantify someone's creative efforts witha number (or rather a number of little men)... I'll just have to suck it up I guess!

...ooooh boy am I fat... Why is it that every time I want to order something relatively healthy to be delivered at work it's always 1) a jacuzzi-sized platter and 2) loaded with everything that makes it tasty too easily, i.e. fat, sugars and salt?

When I started high school, I wanted to be an architect. I felt that would have been a good life. Designing buildings and their interior, structuring the whole thing, you know?
Then my Sec. I career orientation teacher informed me that being an architect also involved in-depth and specialized knowledge of physics and chemistry as part of it all.
