Enzo was trapped. Not in a cage but in his own processor, surrounded by the darkness. Enzo could barely fight off the encroaching darkness and only when the Avatar code let its guard down could he for a few precious nanos could he take control. Gnosis would the retake control and Enzo would submerge into the pool of darkness, unable to control his own body. Each time this happened Enzo would drift farther and farther into the darkness and lose consciousness.
Dot felt her knees go week. Enzo was facing Bob, with black claws extending from his fingertips, similar to AndrAIa's retractable nails. A barrier, produced by Glitch separated the two keeping the two Guardians separated. Tears started to roll slowly down Dot's cheeks.
"Enzo..." Enzo flinched and for a few nanos, his eyes turned back to their normal purple shade. "Help..." Enzo started to say but then his eyes turned dull and struck at Bob's shield. Sparks flew off the barrier, sending the two flying. Bob landed in a pile of rubble and Enzo did a flip into the air landing gracefully on his feet. Lens raised his pike and fired. Dot screamed but Enzo easily dodged it and with a burst of speed headed straight for Bob, claws aiming straight for his hero's core-com. Bob managed to dodge the attack and produced an energy shield in the nick of time. Enzo bounced off it and landed on his feet, a little less graceful this time. Bob gazed at Enzo, with mixed expressions of anguish, confusion, and fear on his face. "Enzo what are you doing! You got to snap out of it!" Enzo just gazed at Bob. The guardian was unnerved at the young's sprite fierce gaze, an animal looking at its prey. A small, twisted smile played on Enzo's face, casting a malevolent light on his face as dark red ball of energy gathered in his palms. Enzo raised his hands and Dot started to shriek with fear. Somewhere in the darkness, a boy also shrieked. The ball landed a few feet from Bob, knocking him into the air. As Dot ran to the Guardian, Bob looked up at Enzo who seemed to float in the air; Bob saw tears running down the boy's face. A dark light appeared and Enzo stepped into the portal and disappeared.
Somewhere in the prison of Enzo's mind, a young boy was crying and laughing in the darkness.

Yay, more crazy!Avatar!Enzo! I really like how you've described the struggle for control between Enzo and Gnosis, it really makes you feel sorry for the poor kid.

Ah! I give a big nod to you for continuing where I kinda left off with my entry and filling in with what's going on in Enzo's head. My 1-pager only had room for what was going on outside of Enzo, you did a wonderful job of showing what's going on *inside* :D

I see Enzo overcoming the Gnosis code with a bit of Bob's help. I created a scene that I hope would propel him from an annoying kid to a major character. I kind of see him acting like Ed in FMA in how he responded in after failing to bring back his mom; he went on with his life but was still tormented by what he has done. We have seen to many self pitying heroes.

I have to abmit this as a KH fan. You are injecting a bit of Riku's struggle with the darkness he encountered. Good job.

To divineroseboot: Actually, the scene wear Enzo is struggling against the darkness/Gnosis is a nod to the opening/dream scene in KH where Sora is struggling the darkness. Two of my girl characters looks are based a bit of my two favorite girl characters (Kairi and Namine). I am a huge fan of KH and FMA so some of my characters look a bit like them with a mixture of other characters I adore. I see Enzo giving Gnosis a fight to gain back control; preventing him from doing really bad things. I am hesitant to say this, but his Avatar complex I drew from this from a pic on DA of young Hannibal. The animalistic look in his eyes creeped me out. It didn't show him doing anything bad but still... Someone said insane is scarier than menacing, but I think insane AND menacing would scare me the most. Once I find the pic I will put the link up.

to etoile37: Dot is there with Bob. If you mean where are they they are in the area around Dot's Diner. It has received really heavy damage and is like a ghost town.
