Hey gang..  just letting you know that you weren't actually supposed to be able to vote on your own creations in the Direct to Development contest we are currently running.

Some of you tried, and kudos to you for taking advantage of my technical lapse, but I'm sorry to say that the problem has been resolved and your votes won't count.  :-)

I must say, I'm personally glad of this fact. I don't want to cheat, and in my mind, voting on your own stuff is cheating, which is why I was abstaining from it. Now, I don't have to worry about losing the edge because of my strange morals. I also won't be voting on any other pitches in the DtD category due to the fact that I'm fairly certain (as a student of psychology) that my extreme desire to win would make me subconsciously be overly nit-picky (which I already am) and hate everything.

Thanks Fetternity! I figured I'd vote myself 1st anyway, but with a comment like that to draw attention to it. I knew it wouldn't be long until they fixed that bug. I mean whats the fun in competition if you just vote for yourself?
