I'm not really sure why that makes you mad, you're book isn't even out yet. So if it was to go on to become a television series I'm sure the commercial would be off the air by then, plus it's not like they only license sounds to be used by one person at a time. You're obviously making some connections since you got the deal for those scripts, that job interview (did that happen yet? you gotta keep us posted), and now you can show them a 22 professional done 22 page teaser. Looks like you might be able to pull of a Hero High television show after all, so if you need some lyrics go with 'Don't worry, be happy'. Also, Hick's site looked pretty cool. Though it didn't seem the easiest thing to navigate and I really should be studying of a genetics test later today, so I'll have to go back over it later.

Well it makes me mad because now when I hear the song I think of margarine. The imagery is polluted for me now. I'm happy - I'm happy. Just a demanding visionary who strives for total excellence. Yes - I had the interview - I think it went well. There's always that moment a half hour after the interview is over when you think of the perfect thing you should have said, but that's normal. I feel good about my answers to the questions and stuff. There were three people doing the interviewing, and I feel like I connected with them all at some point. We all had some laughs and stuff like that. I should find out today or tomorrow if I have the job... it's at a video game company here in Halifax called HB Studios. They do work with EA. I saw the job postings on their website and then sent in a cover letter, and thought no more about it. I just about fainted when they returned my call.

Hey you know what else? I'm mad about something. (You know what happens then...song lyrics are coming) I was listening to some music the other day, and I heard what I thought would be the perfect theme song for a Hero High TV series. "The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song" by The Flaming Lips. It's all bouncy and colorful and a bit edgy, and the lyrics go like this: --- If you could blow up the world with the flick of a switch, Would you do it? If you could make everybody poor just so you could be rich, Would you do it? If you could watch everybody work while you just lay on your back, Would you do it? If you could take all the love without giving any back, Would you do it? And so we cannot know ourselves or what we'd really do... With all your power With all your power With all your power What would you do? --- So what made me mad is that I just watched a MARGARINE COMMERCIAL that uses that song. AUGH
