The bird is right above Trajan's waist. You can see the beak and an eye just on the right of the image with the stylized head, body and wings trailing back from there.
You didn't do that on purpose?

I went with my own creative take, mostly on Trajan:
Being an underwater creature, I imagined him without pupils underwater since it would be covered in a special organix film to allow for peak vision underwater... What's more, I felt his upper body could use a bit more bulk, like those Olympic swimmers and their V-shaped torsos...
Hmm..... V-shaped torsos...
Okay, now I suppose everyone else wants to know which of their characters I've picked for their own pin-ups, right? :D

ah... that's a very good idea about the eyes. And yes, the bulk works on him... my friend at work was wanting to bulk him up a bit, too.

Okay, I'm just going to out-and-out beg for Abigail (or whatever character you may have chosen) to be pinup #2! Here's why: Fett, you said you were maybe most excited about Abigail's War because of Sandrine's art. I think you should get the AW one up while there's still some anticipation re: what Sandrine has done!

Just a heads-up to say I've darkened(burned) the image a bit. I thought the first version was a bit too pale to truly enjoy.
