BTW - I pressed "hit me" on the avatar creator and it turned me into a tranny-pirate.... I think I'll keep it.
Cool book though, I'd read more if it were available.

Changes?
How?
When?
So I'm assuming they meet again under some kind of extreme circumstance that's going to force them to work together and ultimately fall back in love right?
I mean it only makes sense in... (I'm kidding, I'd actually hate to see them together unless she's turned into some kind of freak zombie whore...)
I was actually more interested in finding out what happens with the little behind the counter and the huge guys that punches Corbin in the gut. Any plans for them?

I'm going to try not to sound like a pervert here, but I'd actually like to know more about the retired whore. Her and Corbin really seem to hate each other and your dialogue really helps this along. Is there some kind of back story there?

There isn't much back story beyond the regular hatred between employee and manager, but it's definitely an idea I can explore. The concept of collecting souls and having to use intuition leaves a lot of possibilities wide open and exploring this with some of the characters is a definite option.

I think you should explore a lot of these relationships as much as possible. Like I said in a previous post, you might not have enough story to fill 5 whole years, but if you put some time into the back story of a lot of the secondary characters ,you might be able to get some good stuff.

Dear Tranny-Pirate (interesting choice of Zed)
Probably the most important sub character that this first issue introduces is Taylor, Corbin's ex-girlfriend. My original script had a ton of back story on their relationship but the original script was also about 50 pages long. I tried to retain as much of it as possible because later on in the story they meet again.
In the first issue Taylor represents what Corbin wishes he had, but that all changes quite drastically when they "meet" again.
