Thanks for fanning Mind Crimes. Can I twist your arm into doing a "fan art" pin-up? (Because I know you have sooo much free time, LOL.)

How am I supposed to recognize you without the giant pencil? (And I don't know any emoticons for "knob"...but everyone has trouble navigating this site, LOL.)

Your colouring style should suit this project well.
I haven't been to Play Paradise yet. Is it worthwhile? I went to Kokos once, and it was pretty good. But we usually just go to Cozyland at Coquitlam Centre because it's just a buck and one of us can go shopping while Eli plays... -

Page 3 looks good. Having the Sorcerer refer to himself in 3rd person is a good idea now that he doesn't look like a stereotypical fantasy sorcerer.

Digital sign. Cool.

The first page looks amazing! The only thing that I'd change about the centre panel would be to add a Grocery Store sign to the building in the b/g, so that it's clearer what's going on.

Everything looks good to John, too, so full speed ahead! This is going to crunch real hard, LOL. Parodying Criss Angel is a brilliant idea. And, yeah, we're probably of the same generation, but I'm sure I'm younger. ;-)

Nah, you're not pestering me. :-)

Sorry if I wasn't clear, but I didn't mention the transformation until Panel 5, because it does take a bit of time to take effect. (In other words, they're "normal" in the first two panels.)

With the old lady, the hero can offer to fly her car to her instead of vice versa, sure. With the old man's car, I don't think we can squeeze in another panel, but maybe we can have the "make you a new car" offer in the b/g of the Sorcerer fixing the door panel.

Scarabaeus it is! (Although the character's name isn't even used in dialogue, LOL. But maybe we'll change that because Scarabaeus is a cool name.)

The Beetle is an oversight, thanks for the catch. Do you know of any hardshelled insects that aren't being used? Other than a cockroach. Or maybe just a funny-looking, jolly type bug?

LOL. Well, if you haven't left for your commute yet, one of the potential projects can be found right here on Z2H: http://www.zeros2heroes.com/component/option,com_myblog/show,Title-help-needed....html/task,userblog/Itemid,107/

I've sent you a detailed email; too much to talk about here. ;-)

Hey Graeme,
Thanks for the note. I'll look forward to your email.
That Coquitlam Now article really raised my profile, LOL. Actually, they shot a picture for it at my local comic store, so now the guys there know who I am. They asked why I hadn't told them I write comics, and I said I was going to when they had one of my comics on their shelves...and then I noticed that they had an issue of the Judge Dredd Megazine with a short of mine...
Best,
Nick
