    Your zed is your user picture (like my handsome visionary look).

    If you look at your image (with the question mark) in the upper left hand corner, there should be a button telling you to update your Zed. Pressing this will take you to the Body Shop, where you can trick out your look.

    You may need to update your Flash media player to do so.
