The drawings seriously get better each time I look at them. It's eerie. You should make a gallery of them, or I could. What do you think?

Hades... you've got to sign-up for Miguel's art competition... you have a wicked style and I would love to see your take on the monthly contests.

Basically, I have found alot of hating going on here on the net, so I have to validate what people tell me through other sources. Please don't take it personal.

I am sorry man if I seem defensive.
It's just simply this, I find alot of "teachers" on the net. As I said, I take every piece of information to heart and I make sure to confirm the validity of the advice by checking it with alot of "pros" that I know.
It seemed to me that you were making some assumptions so I felt that I had to find out what the basis of these assumptions were, as well as run the work past people more seasoned that myself to try to understand what you were talking about.

Hade
I know how to pace comics. I know very well how to do this, but the client wanted some shots that had Cinematic effect, so I chose to use certain shots to do this, because I knew that the visual information that I showed there would be pivotal in some of the following pages.
Also there is no PERFECT way to draw a comic.
Because you asked I sent these pages to an older friend of mine who drew for marvel for years.
I did this because I wanted to understand what it was that was a problem. -

As far as working with a comic artist, Dave Finch lives in the Area and I see him a few times a year.
I don't recall him or other guys saying much about my pacing? I am trying to figure out what your seeing, as far as mood goes, I create alot of the mood in the coloring phase, since I do everything myself. -

You mean have I studied passing, yes I have studied passing for a bit. As I was saying before, these pages are upwards of five years old.
I am going to post some new stuff soon that I feel is more indicative of my understanding of pacing.
