Ronaldo Martinez Birth date: February 3, 1973 Current residence: Everett, WA USA Favorite comic book characters: Batman, Wonder Woman, Iron Man, The Punisher, Ms. Marvel Favorite hobbies (aside from comic books): Movies, anime, video games A native of Manila, Philippines; Ronaldo moved to the US in 1983 in hopes of following the American dream. He lived in Seattle for 22 years where he graduated from Ingram High School in 1992 and Business Computer Training Institute in 2003. Ronaldo is an intermediate expert on Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint Influenced by Warner Bros and Hanna Barbera cartoons as well as Japanese anime, Ronaldo started his own comic book project called “Project Anything Goes” in 2005. He has a gallery site in DeviantART where most of the project’s character art is located. As of November 2007, Ronaldo’s DeviantART.com gallery has more than 65,000 pageviews and counting. Ronaldo, through his project, created original characters inspired and influenced by movie, TV, cartoon, anime, manga, comic book, and video characters. Some from his growing roster of characters and titles include Pulsar Pureheart (his popular original character in his DeviantART gallery), Aurora Star and the Star Maidens, Harry Hare, Johnny Rush, and the Undercover Cuties. Ronaldo currently works as a foodservice worker at Seattle’s Key Arena and Safeco Field. |
