Centenary, Zeros 2 Heroes' transmedia project commemorating the centennial of the First World War has received development funding from BC Film through their interactive development fund.
Proceeds will be used for development of an interactive social media experience that brings history to life in addition to development of a transmedia story bible that maps out the narrative arc of the project.
Centenary is a transmedia project set around WWI that focuses on the human stories of that era rather than the political or military. Told in a graphic-novel-inspired style of animation, Centenary will appeal to a young adult audience and engage them with narrative scripted content and interactive social media extensions.
