If the broken glass and futuristic facade hasn't already tipped you off, then the riot aftermath scene strategically decorating the exterior might be a hint.
In actuality, it's a new television show called Continuum shooting on location. The series, partly set in present-day Vancouver and 65 years in the future, centers on a group of terrorists that escape execution by traveling back in time. Zeros 2 Heroes Media is on board to facilitate social media aspects of the show as well as companion comic books and an alternate reality game.
